Can I get a refund/return/exchange? 

If you accidentally order the same product twice, contact me within 12 months of purchase and I’ll give you a refund or a credit.

Due to the digital nature of our products and their ability to be reproduced, all sales are final. We are unable to refund or exchange any of our products.  Products are made available for instant download as soon as an order is placed, which means no refunds are available for cases other than duplicate purchases. 

If you’re having trouble with a design, please contact me and I’ll do my best to help you find the source of the problem. Please send your order number, type of machine you have, type of fabric and stabiliser, as well as a detailed description of the problem. 

The file format I need is not included in the file I purchased. Can I get a different format? 

Of course! All my designs are supplied in several formats, but if you need one that’s not included contact me and I’ll do my best to make sure you get the correct format for your machine. I’ll need to know which design you have, when you purchased it, your machine and preferred format.
